Physical Activity Readiness Check-up Before Exercising
Sudden cardiac arrest is an abnormality of heart function that causes ineffective heartbeat or disrupts the heart’s pumping actions, making the heart unexpectedly stop beating. Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, even those with no known underlying diseases. With this abnormality, the heart cannot pump sufficient blood to other organs, causing loss of consciousness. The condition can even be fatal.

Fitness Assessment for Youth Athletes (Age 8-15)

The fitness assessment is a physical readiness check for child and youth athletes ages 8-15. This evaluation, conducted by orthopedic surgeons in collaboration with  pediatricians specializing in pediatric endocrinology and metabolism, pediatric nutritionists and a multidisciplinary medical team, assess overall physical health and readiness for all types of sports participation and competition.
